Want to try yoga, but are a bit intimidated?
If you’re new to the practice, this workshop will be a good start for your new journey.
On this workshop, we will work on 12 basic poses or asanas for beginners. Yoga will be a very welcome part of your daily routine. There will be Q&A which you can ask any questions about specific issues you are dealing with.
