ELigibility and Prerequisite
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years consistent yoga practice.
The training will count towards a 50 Hour CEU through Yoga Alliance.

Leon London - Lead Teacher
Leon London’s yoga story started 20 years ago, his first practice was with Billy Doyle (BWY), and this was the beginning of a lifelong passion.
Involved in martial arts from a very early age , Leon has always been intrigued by the possibilities and potential of the body, this eventually led him on his journey to study many forms of physical culture; from boxing to capoeira and he became a qualified sports massage therapist in 1999. Leon has studied Kashmir Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga and rocket /progressive Ashtanga yoga & hot yoga, and practices Dharma yoga.
Leon has trained with; Kino Mc Gregor, Danny Paradise, Patrick Beach ,Doug Swenson, David Robson ,Miguel Santana , yuval on hands and at the Ido portal academy. He humbly cites; Emi Tull (dharma),David Kyle (Rocket),and David swenson & Ryan Spielman , and in India; Balu Thevar (BNS Iyengar Ashtanga) as his teachers , and thanks them for their knowledge.
Leon undertook Ashtanga teacher training with David Swenson ( primary and second series )then advanced Rocket /progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa (300h)with David Kyle , with whom he is a Senior instructor and mentor within his system (Ashtanga yoga Puerto Rico), and also has trained with and taught for Jamie and Dulce (The yoga people 200h).
He is also a primal flow teacher, fitness and movement coach.
Leon's students enjoy his vast knowledge of the body gained over 20 years of experience ,and the fun friendly inspiring classes he shares with them. Leon has also conducted 4 inspiring retreats alongside Ambra Vallo.

Refunds and cancellation
Course cancellation by student
£300 of your full payment or your first instalment will be the deposit required to confirm your course place and is non-refundable at anytime.
If you cancel prior to 8 weeks before the start of the course, we will refund the full course price minus the non-refundable deposit (£300).
If you cancel your place less than 8 weeks before the first day of the course, Indaba is unable to offer you a refund. Indaba will endeavour to offer the course place to another student, to the extent that this is possible Indaba will seek to refund some or all of the remaining balance (minus the £300 non-refundable deposit).
If you need to leave the course for any reason once the course has started, we are unable to offer you a refund or defer your course place.
In the difficult circumstances of you sustaining a serious injury, Indaba School of Yoga team will support you and work out the best way for you to continue the course. You may still attend sessions and either adjust poses or just observe the classes. If you are unable to continue the training after consultation with a fully qualified medical practitioner we will defer the remaining modules to another course intake but cannot offer a full or partial refund.
It is compulsory to attend all of the teaching modules on the course.
Course cancellation by Indaba
In the unlikely event of extenuating circumstances, Indaba reserves the right to cancel the course at anytime. If the course is cancelled prior to the course starting, the course may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new course then 100% refunds will be made. If the course is cancelled part way through the course, Indaba will rearrange the remaining modules of the course and if this is not possible for students to attend, we will refund the remaining course on a pro-rata basis.
You will receive a pre-reading list prior to the start of the course, books must be purchased by the students and isn't included in the course cost.
