On 3rd March the one and only Sri Dharma Mittra will be returning to Indaba for a whole weekend of workshops. We’ll be taking over the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground once again for three days of Asana, Pranayama, Kirtan, Satsang and Yoga Nidra. Indaba means ‘gathering’. Perfectly located in Central London, we’ve gathered a wide range of the city’s most talented teachers and built a community of yogis. In the welcoming atmosphere of this beautiful space we’ve created what we believe is the ultimate yoga studio!

So if you’re here to learn, head in to our Beginners or Alignment based classes. If you want to break a sweat, our Dynamic and Hot Yoga classes will be your (warm and herbal) cuppa-tea! If you’re looking to chillax, Unwind & Release is the style for you! But if you want to be kept on your toes (or hands), try our Experienced Yoga classes and be inspired by a challenge!

We acknowledge that all methods of yoga come from the same lineage and each one provides an enormous variety of physical and mental benefits. But we also understand that every body is different and that what is beneficial for one person, may not be suitable for another.
