CANCELLATION
After 2 month minimum commitment, it can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations made within the first 12 months are subject to a £30 cancellation fee.
Cancellations request must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests are not permitted
In cases of medical conditions or pregnancy that prevent you from practicing, the membership may be terminated immediately without a cancellation fee, provided a valid doctor’s note is submitted. Payments already billed cannot be refunded. Any remaining and unused days in the current billing cycle will be forfeited and will not be credited, carried forward or refunded.

MERCHANDISE & RETAIL ITEMS
Merchandise and retail items purchased at the studio cannot be returned and refund cannot be provided.
