We are delighted to announce that Ana Forrest & Jose Calarco will be joining us at Lords Cricket Ground for another epic weekend of Forrest yoga workshops. Be prepared for an immersive experience of healing and celebration!

Ana Forrest has been changing people’s lives for nearly 40 years.  An internationally recognized pioneer in yoga and emotional healing, Ana created Forrest Yoga while working through her own healing from her life’s trauma and experience.  With thousands of licensed practitioners around the world, Forrest Yoga is renowned as an intensely physical, internally focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life.

By teaching asana, breath and an awareness of the movement of energy through the body, Ana teaches yoga from an intuitive and highly developed understanding of the human body and psyche.  With her meticulous guidance, Ana’s students cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice and life process, resulting in an exhilarating journey into self-discovery, cleansing and healing.  For Ana, this is her intent.

So if you’re here to learn, head in to our Beginners or Alignment based classes. If you want to break a sweat, our Dynamic and Hot Yoga classes will be your (warm and herbal) cuppa-tea! If you’re looking to chillax, Yin Yoga is the style for you! But if you want to be kept on your toes (or hands), try our Experienced Yoga classes and be inspired by a challenge!

Beginners Yoga

An introduction to the foundations of the yoga, the postures and breathing techniques. Practice with students of a similar level while strengthening and opening your body and mind.

Hot Yoga

Heated classes will increase your flexibility and get your sweat on! Create space in your body and detoxify those cells as you move through intelligent sequences.

Dynamic Yoga

For those looking for a physical practice, these accesible vinyasa based classes will include variations. Deepen your practice and knowledge!

Alignment Yoga

Create awareness and intelligence within your body and movements while improving your strength and posture. Open to all, including beginners and those with injuries.

Experienced Yoga

For intermediate or advanced practitioners. Challenge yourself and try new things. It's about progress, not perfection! Expect arm balances, inversions and backbends.

Restorative Yoga
