MERIDIAN YOGA TRAINING
WITH ROSE ERIN VAUGHAN
Course Dates: 4-8 June 2025
OVERVIEW
In this 5-day immersion, you will learn the system of energy anatomy comprised of 12 Energy Lines (Meridians) and 5 Elements.
Both experienced students and yoga teachers can take this course and learn how to use this system to inform and deepen your Yoga practice and/or your sequencing and teaching.
The 12 Energy lines are both subtle and physical, beautifully linking the emotional and mental components of yoga with the musculoskeletal, myofascial and organ systems. The meridian-based asana practice makes it easy to learn and embody this sophisticated science of the energy body and 5 Elements. We will also learn acupressure techniques to enhance your practice, health and self-awareness.
Daily Pranayama, Asana and relaxation are balanced with lecture and discussion.
