OVERVIEW

Develop the strength, awareness, and mobility to safely deepen your flexibility and expand your range of motion.

The Art of Flex-Ability is a comprehensive training designed to help you build a sustainable, intelligent, and creative approach to flexibility. Blending principles from yoga, contortion, dance, and Thai massage, this course offers a unique mix of drills, assists, transitions, and theory to strengthen your foundation and elevate your practice.

You’ll explore how to integrate flexibility work into both group and private teaching in a way that is functional, engaging, and personalized. Whether you’re a teacher looking to better support your students or a practitioner wanting to understand your own body more deeply, this training offers tools you can use immediately—and long-term.

This course is open to teachers and students from any movement background—not just yoga. Whether you’re a dancer, aerialist, personal trainer, or simply curious about deepening your mobility work, this training is designed to support both your personal practice and your teaching.

It is open to all levels of experience and flexibility. One of the core principles of this training is that flexibility is not one-size-fits-all. We’ll explore how to work intelligently and creatively based on individual needs, goals, and body types—and how to reflect that inclusivity in your own practice and teaching.
