Space & Flow Yoga is a fluid Vinyasa practice founded by Raphan Kebe. It is based on spinal movement, creative sequencing, and continuity (Flow) as the central aim of the practice. Classes are taught in a gently heated room.
Rather than focusing on static postures, the class explores how the body moves through transitions with musicality and awareness, allowing movement to feel connected, responsive, and alive.
The Space & Flow practice helps build strength, mobility, and ease in the joints while supporting a calmer, more balanced nervous system, without pushing or unnecessary effort. It offers an accessible yet rich experience, inviting students of all levels to move with greater ease, confidence, and enjoyment, both on and off the mat.
