the chakra system in practice
WITH KOBI - VAGABOND TEMPLE
Course Dates: 23 - 25 October 2026
For training related enquiries please contact us at school@indabayoga.com
OVERVIEW
This three-day course explores the chakra system as a living bridge between different dimensions of human experience.
Each chakra is approached through five interconnected aspects:
Physical body
Emotional patterns
Mental structures
Energy flow
Spiritual understanding
Rather than treating the chakras as abstract ideas, this training works with them as practical entry points into daily life. The intention is to understand how they influence our health, behavior, relationships, and inner direction, and to learn how to work with them in a grounded and applicable way.
Participants will learn how to engage with the chakras through:
Hatha Yoga (Iyengar-inspired, alignment and somatic awareness)
Kundalini practices (pranayama, bandhas, kriyas)
Psychological and philosophical inquiry
Daily-life integration tools
