Join Troy & Jade as they share their journey from an unlikely match, to a friendship beyond any bounds. A story of laughter, admiration, and love, that attempts to normalise the guilt, the shame, and the judgment of the human experience. Though ‘truth-telling’, reflection, & an intimate vinyasa practice (co-taught by Troy & Jade), we will create the space to embody a love that transcends all social narratives. This is not a romantic love, but a love that exist in all our relationships. We will discover that the ability to love beyond our humanness can only exist alongside accountability and forgiveness. This workshop will consist of story telling, self-reflection, journaling, an intimate vinyasa practice, and an opportunity to share.
