Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which one surrenders to the sounds of the ancient instruments in order to reach higher states of consciousness, relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. During a Sound Bath, you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being.

Mel uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, wind chimes, Mantras and more. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. Through all of the various notes and under tones of these sounds, the body is offered an opportunity to resonate with a healing frequency. You are in essence giving your body, mind, and spirit an opportunity to shift to a higher frequency and let go of lower vibrational thoughts, emotions, and other issues. You will be provided with the space and sounds for you to relax at a profound level while tapping into your seven main chakras. This allows your body to find its natural balance while creating space for insights and self healing. You will enter a world of vibration, frequency, sensation and experience. You will feel truly vibrantly alive.

Precautions regarding Sound Healing:
- Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to the unstable nature of any pregnancy during this first trimester)

– Tinnitus/Meniere's/Epilepsy – any condition which is ‘sound sensitive’ or could be triggered by sound

– Metal Implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc (can resonate the metal and also change the rhythm of pacemaker)

– Mental health condition (anyone with a serious Mental Health condition).
