Breathwork & Somatics for Trauma Integration and Embodied Leadership

Join us for an in-depth weekend into the profound connection between emotions and the body through the lens of breathwork and somatics. In this immersive course, participants will gain:

Understanding of the Body and Emotions:
• Gain insights into the involuntary nervous system and its role in trauma.
• Understand patterns of unprocessed experiences and how they manifest physically into tension and illness.
• Discover the evolutionary origins of key emotions like anger, shame, fear, and joy.

 

Techniques for Emotional Awareness and Integration:
• Learn techniques to recognise, track and facilitate emotions - or automatic responses -towards completion and resolution.
• Explore bottom-up integration of experiences for harmonising the mind and body.
• Discover embodiment techniques for key emotions and setting boundaries.

 

Tools for Holistic Healing:
• Harness the power of the breath for psychosomatic integration and healing.
• Understand and work with your own interplay between the mind's protectors, bodily tension, and nervous system capacity.
• Start to know how to co-regulate and support those around you with emotional processing.
