Day 1 - Flexibility Foundations, Shoulders, and Splits

Flexibility Introduction: how to stretch to obtain the best flexibility gains.

- Shoulders Flexibility: introduction to shoulders range of motion and general stretches.

- Develop the Front Split, the Side Split, the Panchè (Active Front Split), and the Tilt (Active Side Split).

- Develop the Bridge Stretch.

Day 2 - Handstand and Press to Handstand

- Handstands: how to develop the correct technique and alignment

- Handstands 2: how to build the press to handstand and a solid control in a two-arm handstand to eventually reach the one arm handstand.

- Final Q&A
