Forrest yoga consists of the four pillars of breath, integrity, strength and spirit. With breath as the starting point, yogis are taught to connect with and deepen their breath to feel deeply and draw healing into relevant areas of their body.

This beautiful slow and juicy practice emphasizes abdominal exercises, plenty of breathing and the relaxation of the neck to help strengthen and recover the areas most vulnerable to modern-day people, such as the low back and neck. It also includes long series of standing postures and holding positions. Expect heart and hip openers, grounding twists and a sense of wellbeing & connection all around.
