Jivamukti yoga teacher Keri Perkins (We Are Boogie Sound) continues her series of yoga and music sessions. 75 minutes of uplifting vinyasa set to a playlist of globally-inspired electronica grooves, afro jazz beats and percussion to energise your spirit and feed your soul.
A workout to work-in the session will focus on postures that cultivate compassion with a heart opening and backbend sequence.
By connecting yoga, music and vibration, this class is designed to stimulate the senses and bring a natural feeling of euphoria cleverly syncing beats to what yoga is best described as, a moving meditation.
