Just Breathe TM is a calming and down-regulating breathwork and meditation practice. The class uses the Just Breathe method, which incorporates NSRT (Nervous System Response Techniques) to help manage stress, reduce hyper stimulation and return you to a state of deep rest. Our experienced teachers will gently guide you through a breathwork practice and a meditation session, designed to support and regulate your nervous system. This process encourages a state of deep relaxation, helping you quiet your mind and find good quality rest.
