This Iyengar yoga workshop is an opportunity to all students to deepen your yoga practice through learning the art of alignment and precision of exploring the postures and ways of practicing inversions safely that will bring balance and harmony to our bodies and freedom to our mind.


In this workshop you will learn how to practice inversion and maintain a good alignment and precision to feel safe in Salamba Sirsasana (headstand) Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) Adho mukha virksasana (full arm balance) pinch Mayurasana (elbow balance).

Open to all level and suitable for beginners.
