Handstand Workshop with Manuele D'Aquino

In this workshop we will work on alignment and straight handstand techniques using conditioning drills, alignment exercises with the help of the floor and the wall. We will then be focusing on the balance aspect of the handstand, using the correct techniques to find or improve your balance for a safe and stable handstand. Expect to work individually and with a partner.

The workshop is suitable for everyone, from those who struggle to kick up to those who can already experience balance on their hands.
