Saturday 2nd September - 11:30am to 1:30 pm

Uncover your flexibility with softness and connection. This workshop will take you on a conscious and patient journey to the front & middle splits. We will explore active and passive flexibility as well as our breath to safely increase our range of motion. It will allow you to understand the mechanisms of the posture in order to approach it with respect for your body and your limits.
Dive into an inner journey. For a poetic interlude outside of time. For a sensitive exploration of the self, from the physical body to the most subtle.

Pinchamayurasana

Saturday 2nd September - 3:30 to 5:30 pm

Change your perspective and learn to balance on the forearms with confidence and safety. This workshop will teach you the techniques and mechanisms to find stability, alignment and freedom in this inversion. You will learn to trust yourself, building strength and mobility to stand on the forearms.

You will explore variations with options for all levels.
