The hollow back shape is a variation of heart-opening postures that can help us focus on opening the upper back, chest, and shoulders because the hips remain inflexion. Although this shape may look difficult, it's actually easier than you might think! In this workshop, we will move through many variations of a hollow back to unlock more space in the chest and shoulders.
As always with Adell's workshops, she will give you examples and tips for adding this way of moving into your practice, so that in a way, this workshop lasts for many weeks or even months after it finishes, and you may begin to see ALL of your backbends transform!
