All Night Gong Bath - Summer Solstice with Amanda Denton, Helena Themistocli, Yan Yin Yung and Mark Sanders

The Summer solstice is a time for us to celebrate the nourishing light of the Sun and the light within each of us.

In the Spring Equinox we make our intentions & plant the seeds, the Summer Solstice reminds us to turn inward and represents the transition from action (Spring) to nourishment( Summer) which is needed to grow and evolve. It is a time to develop trust in ourselves and overcome any darkness or doubt with light. As the warmth from the sun nurtures us so we can nurture others, spreading the light and inspiring others.

Join us for an All-Night Gong Immersion where we will take you on a transformative sound journey meditation.

Expect to be bathed in the symphony of gongs, during the session the brainwaves are altered by the resonant sounds of the gongs, to a state where self-healing can take place, unravelling blockages and restoring balance to the mind & body. A space where the boundaries between waking & dreaming become blurred. A place to release and reset.
Occasionally some sounds might trigger suppressed emotions which are laying beneath the surface but please accept them as part of the healing process, but usually participants leave feeling, supported energised & refreshed.
