We have passed the half-way point between autumn & winter, the desire to move deeper inside & conserve our energy becomes stronger as the days become shorter. It is a time to slow down and conserve our energy, consolidating our Qi in preparation for the flurry of spring. It is a time of reflection, replenishment and rest.
The Full Moon in Taurus on the 15th November practical, steady & devoted has set the scene for us to to create a grounded environment where our health & wellbeing needs are fulfilled and we feel safe & supported.
During a gong puja, we reap the benefits of a regular gong bath tenfold. Immersing in the sound vibrations of a gong can create opportunities to repair, rebuild, unlock and unblock. It helps to release mental, emotional and physical issues. As we hover in a theta state of deep restfulness and mental awareness, we may experience a deep sense of peace and well-being. A gong puja can increase one's energy and vitality.
Join us for an All-Night Gong Immersion where we will take you on a transformative sound journey meditation.
You will be immersed in the gentle sound of the gongs, giving your body the opportunity to enter a deep state of relaxation. The vibrations will wash over you, unblocking, cleansing and freeing you from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
During the Puja, you will lie down, meditate and sleep, or you may choose to stay awake or drift in and out of sleep throughout the night as the sound of the gongs gently move and flow over & through you.
Occasionally some sounds might trigger suppressed emotions which are laying beneath the surface but please accept them as part of the healing process, but usually participants leave feeling, supported energised & refreshed.
Amanda will be joined Mark Sanders, Helena Themistocli, and guests, who will altogether take you on an unforgettable journey.
