Explore creative and playful transitions throughout the yoga practices, working with arm balances and funky binds, finding that ‘Aha!’ moment in the practice that we often skip in a vinyasa setting.
This workshop is an opportunity to spend extra time in the inquisitive state of movement and finding your alignment through the transitions whilst harnessing the inner strength.
Expect to build strength, explore new drills, work on jump throughs/jump back, arm balance and backbend transitions and learning to harness the breath with the movement to begin floating through the poses with ease and comfort but most importantly, have some fun.
This workshop really is open to all, we all find our own way into the pose.
