The workshop will be an Introduction to the art of Handbalance.
This will include positional drills, body awareness exercises, upside down games, handstand on different apparatuses, blind folded handstands, handstand on blocks, entries and shapes, etc.
We’ll explore different fun ways of being upside-down.
The workshop is suitable for all levels (beginners with a minimum hold of 30 seconds back and chest to wall - not free standing) and we will be focusing a lot on technique and details that can help your handstand to get better or simply improve what’s missing in your own practise. We will focus a lot on technique and fine details, basic drill, shapes and sequences. Participants will be assigned the exercises that are most suitable to their own actual level of abilities.
Pep will assess all of the participants individually and give his full attention focusing on what you’d need to work on to make the practise as efficient as possible. During the workshop he’ll be practising with all participants.
The workshop will be limited to a maximum of 25 people.
