Hip Flexibility Activation with Joa Gomez

In this workshop, we unlock hip flexibility by focusing on hip activation. We cover the 4 main hip actions that we work mostly in yoga, which are: flexion & extension (front splits), abduction (middle splits) & external rotation (pigeon/lotus)

The goal of this workshop is to give you the tools to help you reach these positions with ease and control. Working on strength & flexibility simultaneously will help you master your hip flexibility.
