In this 3-hour workshop, we will learn the 12 powerful energy lines of the body and how to use them in your Yoga practice. The energy lines allow you to focus deeper within the physical body as you practice and unlock hidden blocks in a gentle yet effective asana practice.
Acupressure points are specific places along the energy lines that tend to stagnate or feel stuck. In this workshop, you will also learn and practice 10 of the most powerful acupressure points and techniques that assist the practice of Yoga. We will practice Pranayama purification, Asana and acupressure techniques.
