Each joint in your body needs to move without compensation from other areas to maximize your abilities and minimize pain. This workshop starts with 1 hour of detailed work (inspired by Functional Range Conditioning and the Ido Portal method) to isolate each major joint before moving into the more global movement requirements of a Yoga practise that will use your new awareness to dive deeper into hips, folds, and their natural culmination, arm balances.
