This workshop explores energetic boundaries, often referred to as “personal” space, which is the air that is around the body. This boundary is usually created during the first year of life, whereas other types of boundaries, such as the skin boundary, social boundaries and sense of territory are developed during different stages in life starting from the time in the womb up until adulthood.
The workshop uses a strong Forrest Yoga backbend sequence to explore these energetic boundaries: The sense of reaching out into the world, i.e. being in the world, and a sense of coming back home into the body. The sense of what is me and what is not me.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. Modifications are given. Bring curiosity and a willingness to explore.
