In this one-day workshop for yoga students and teachers, Anita will share all the ways in which we communicate during class – both verbally through words and non-verbal through body language, gestures and sounds. 90% of what we communicate is non-verbal and only 10% is through words.
As a yoga teacher and body psychotherapist in training, Anita will guide you through self-awareness exercises to bring awareness to how you individually respond to what you sense in another and the ways in which you communicate non-verbally, to better understand yourself. We will also explore how you learn – visually, auditory or kinestic and boundaries.
This workshop will begin with a yoga practice, and then move in self-awareness and partner exercises and end with a Q&A session.
No previous Forrest Yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome.
